Power yoga is an energetic and intense type of yoga that aims to boost strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Unlike slower, meditative forms of yoga, Power yoga involves quick movements and a continuous flow between poses. It combines both standing and mat exercises, providing a comprehensive workout that activates different muscle groups.
In addition, Power yoga includes the use of weights, making the practice even more challenging and adding an extra level of physical intensity.
