Paint
Take to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
Paint cannot be recycled via your weekly kerbside collection service or fortnightly refuse bin collection.
Note: Paint can be difficult and dangerous to dispose of. It should never be disposed of in your domestic waste! Not only can spillages occur, but cans may explode under the pressure of other materials in the bin.
Paint can be taken to any of Calderdale's Household Waste Recycling Centres for safe disposal.
Tip: Spare paint can be donated to local charities and community groups. For more information on this, visit: Community Repaint .
