COVID-19 update (13th September 2020)
Now the Business and Planning Act 2020 has been brought in:
- All licensing premises that have provision for 'on-sales'* only are also authorised for 'off-sales'* until September 30th 2021.
*On-sales - authorises the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the licensed premises only.
**Off-sales - authorises the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the licensed premises.
