Armed Forces Event
This has taken place since 2017 in Halifax town centre and is a popular event with local residents.
The event highlights the valuable work of the Armed Forces community. It celebrates its importance to Calderdale's heritage and culture and the support available to past and present members.
The armed forces are represented and this is an opportunity to find out about military life, past and present.
The event includes:
- military stalls, vehicles and equipment;
- a medical tent;
- a full field kitchen;
- and a 1940s themed musical performance.
The next event is on Saturday 28th June 2025 at Southgate, Halifax.
