Information you provide is only collected for the purposes of recording your views for the review. We need to collect your name, address and contact details in order to:
- contact you if necessary to discuss any issues you raise;
- or get further clarification in respect of your comments.
Your information may be shared with the Electoral Commission. This is so they can contact you to discuss your comments, if necessary.
Any representations you make will be published in the final review report. This is available for the public to view, but your name address and any contact details will not be published.
Submission of this form constitutes explicit consent from you for us to process your data for this purpose. You may withdraw this consent (which will withdraw your comment from the review) at any time by writing to electoral-services@calderdale.gov.uk.
