Apply for a resident permit to use a HWRC

You need a permit to visit any of our HWRC (tips) to dispose of or recycle household waste.

This form can only be used to:

• Download or print your resident's HWRC permit.

Before you begin, you will need these details to hand:

• Council Tax Reference Number. (This is on your Council Tax bill or any letter we send you about Council Tax.)
• Vehicle registration number. You can have up to two vehicles on your permit.

If you do not have a Council Tax bill:

• Check your direct debit on your bank statement. This may show your reference number.

While waiting for your Council Tax bill

If you need to use a HWRC, take ID that clearly shows proof of address to show site staff.

Please note: Your address is not shown on the permit or shared with Suez.
