Change a vehicle on a resident permit to use a Household Waste Recycling Centre

If you already have a resident's HWRC permit, but you need to update your vehicle, then you can complete this form. 

This form can only be used to:

• Update vehicle details
• Download or print your resident's HWRC permit.

Before you begin, you will need these details to hand:

• Permit Number. (This is on your current resident's HWRC permit.)
• Vehicle registration number. You can have up to two vehicles on your permit.

If you do not have an existing permit, you can Apply for a resident permit to use a HWRC.
