Report a road or pavement defect

Before you begin, it would be helpful to have these details to hand:

• Accurate location. 
• Description of the defect.

This form can be used to report:

• Flag or kerb trip hazard.
• Gully or drain hazard.
• Blocked gully or drain.
• Pot hole.
• Markings damaged or worn.
• Other road defect.
• Other pavement defect.

We aim to make safe dangerous defects in the adopted highways within 24 hours, and other serious defects within 14 days.
