You can use this form to search for the following types of notice: 

• Enforcement notices.
• Listed building enforcement notices.
• Breach of condition notices.  

You can search the planning enforcement notices by:

• Case number.
• Address / location.
• Date notice served.
• Notice type.           

Please note: Only planning matters are dealt with by the Planning Enforcement team. Private legal matters, compliance with deeds or covenants, ownership issues, reduction in property values are not planning matters.
