Calderdale Industrial Museum - Through the Eye of the Shuttle

Keith Ramsden, our weaving and loom expert, will talk about:

• Some of the pre-production processes needed prior to the weaving of moquette fabric.
• The differences between wire loom and plush weaving.

He will also recall stories and his experiences of working at Shaw Lodge Mill.

• Doors open at 7pm and the talk will start at 7.30pm. All are welcome.
• There will be tea, coffee and biscuits for a small donation.
