'Igniting the Spark': Creative Writing Workshops

A series of six workshops to be held on Saturdays from 4th November 2023.

Generate poetry or prose on the subject of 'place' with award winning local writer, Gaia Holmes.

• They will be relaxed and informal, and cover many literary genres. These will include autobiography, biography, creative non-fiction, poetry and fiction.
• There will be stimulating exercises to generate poetry or prose.
• The sessions will feature lots of writing and gentle group discussions.
• It does not matter whether you are a novice or a seasoned writer. The 'Igniting the Spark' workshop welcomes everyone.
• It is the perfect place for you to exercise your creative muscles, be inspired and put pen to paper.

• 6 weeks= £50 (£40 concessions).
