Here you can find out all you need to know about our community equipment loan store in Calderdale.

What do I do if I need help?

If you are at home

You can:

  • Call our Gateway to Care team who will be able to help you.
  • Get in touch with your District Nurse through your doctor's surgery to discuss your needs.

If you are in hospital

Your Occupational Therapist will discuss your needs with you and agree on the equipment that will be suitable.

Do I need to pay for the equipment I borrow?

No. It is loaned to you free of charge.
