B-with-us
This is the way we let homes in Calderdale.
- With Together Housing Group, we brought this scheme in for people who want to rent.
- It gives you more choice over the type of home and area you want to live in.
Apply for housing
If you need a home, you do not just join a "Housing Register" and wait for an offer. You can look for a home you like and then "bid" for it to show you want it.
Find a place
Each week, Together Housing advertise properties. These homes are also owned by other Housing Associations in the Borough. They can be found:
- On B-with-us.
- In all Together Housing Group offices.
- In some community venues in Calderdale, like local libraries.
Bid for a place
As a B-with-us member, you can bid on up to three properties. There is no longer a bidding cycle, properties can be added at anytime and will be available for 7 days.
The longer you are a member, the more chance there is that your bid will be a success.

Swapping your B-with-us home
A mutual exchange is where two tenants exchange their properties. Please note: You must speak to Together Housing before you swap.
