At times, you might need access to the property to carry out repairs and inspect its state of repair.
- You are entitled to do so at reasonable times of the day.
- You must give 24 hours notice (in writing) of an inspection.
It is advisable to state in the tenancy agreement, any arrangement for entering the property. Seek legal advice, if the tenant will not give you access.
