They can only deal with buildings or structures. Also, parts that are in danger of falling that are a serious and immediate threat to public safety.
Other structural problems should be reported to the owner of the building or structure.
If you rent a property, your landlord is responsible for any external structural repairs.
Tenants are usually responsible for internal decoration. Also, for making sure that fixtures, fittings, contents and furniture are not damaged because of your negligence.

Contact your landlord first in regard to structural defects. Give them the chance to fix the problem before you contact us.
