If you ignore a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) or associated correspondence from us, you may have to pay more fees. These fees are on top of the original charge and we will take steps to recover the money from you.
If you get a PCN, you have 28 days to pay. You will get a 50% discount, if you pay in 14 days:

Appeal against a PCN
If you feel the PCN was not issued correctly, you can challenge the parking fine.
Important note: Do not pay the PCN if you wish to challenge it. If payment is made, the matter is considered closed.
