Evidence base: Site allocations

The reports and technical papers on this page form part of the evidence base to the Council's Local Plan.

The Local Plan allocates land for different uses, but mainly for housing and employment. To make sure sites are suitable, available, achievable and can be delivered, each one was assessed using the:

Note: The methodology has been refined to reflect feedback from a range of statutory consultees. This makes sure that the one we are using is robust, tried and tested. It guarantees the most appropriate sites have been chosen for allocation.
