A parent/carer has the right to appeal if:

  • and they believe that they have special or exceptional circumstances that should be considered.

The Service Manager for Home to School Transport can approve requests for transport assistance in special circumstances.

This is if applications are found to justify approval outside the Home to School Transport Policy.
