
Our water-based workouts offer a low-impact yet highly effective approach, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
The unique physical properties of water provide an ideal environment for exercise. Natural buoyancy of the water reduces weight-bearing stress, allowing a greater ease of movement with less strain on bones, joints and muscles.
The density of the water helps the toning effects and assists in the strengthening of muscles with greater balance and efficiency.

Session information
The warm-up is an important part of the class to reduce the risk of injury, please arrive on time.
Please inform the instructor if you have any injuries or medical conditions.

- You must be 14 years or over.
- Correct clothing must be worn. Swimwear or trunks.
