For the first half-hour, you'll focus on one form of exercise, seamlessly transitioning into the second half-hour with a different routine. It's a great way to keep things interesting, target various muscle groups, and provide a well-rounded fitness experience.

Session information
The warm-up is an important part of the class to reduce the risk of injury. Please arrive on time.
