- Have had a heavy meal within one and a half hours.
- Have consumed alcohol within one and a half hours.
- Suffer from any condition whatsoever which makes you unsure as to the advisability of using a spa pool.
How to use the spa pool safely:

- Relax for 10 to 20 minutes or less if it is not comfortable or in accordance with the time sequence of the pool operation.
- Leave the spa pool with care by moving slowly and taking care to place the feet securely on the floor. If possible, raise the body out of the spa and sit on the side of the pool before standing.

- Repeat the process as often as comfort allows. Too long an exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
- When completing the bathing cycle, leave the spa pool and enjoy a warm shower and rest.
- If at any time in the spa pool any feelings of illness are experienced, leave the spa pool immediately. Then consult with staff or seek medical advice if necessary.

- In general, a user will not wish to have the dog remain with them whilst exercising in the fitness suite as these are noisy environments and the user can be better assisted by fitness suite staff. There may also be a health and safety consideration from having assistance dogs within the fitness suite due to the close proximity of some equipment and the risk from moving parts.
