Join watercolour artist Jane Austin in the Bankfield Museum gallery for a free demonstration observing how animals in the wild can blend into their background using tone. 

  • Jane Austin has been a professional artist for 25 years. Her work has been exhibited nationally and locally, with many solo exhibitions at All Souls' Church.
  • Her work can currently be seen at Bankfield Museum, Shibden Hall, the Halifax Minster, Dean Clough and the Piece Hall.
  • Jane will also be leading a workshop, using this technique, at Bankfield Museum on Saturday 11th November, 1.00pm - 3.00pm. Note: booking is essential for the workshop.
