Proper Job Theatre Co - The LAB Project

The LAB Project works with unemployed adults to break down barriers and help develop confidence.
Team working, confidence building and communication skills help to develop self-esteem. You will take part in drama, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Courses on offer are below.
LAB Employability
A two-week course to develop skills and build confidence in a fun and creative environment. It will help you move forward and achieve your next step. Whether that be further training, volunteering, employment or anything else you decide.
Gain a qualification!
LAB Wellbeing
A different way to tackle mild to moderate mental health issues. These can offer you a number of ways to help your personal development and move you to a positive future.
All courses are in the centre of Halifax. Allowance for travel and training are available, which do not affect benefits.
