We offer a dedicated service for children and young people, early years settings, schools, academies, Post 16 provisions and families who are in need of support. This is for 0 to 19 year olds with:
- Hearing, vision and multisensory impairments,
- Autistic Spectrum Disorders, and
- a range of complex special educational needs and / or disabilities.
The staff of the specialist inclusion teams offer advice, guidance, specialist assessment and support. These enable children and young people with the above additional needs to achieve their full potential within schools and the community.
The service also offers a range of advice to support families to begin the journey of preparing for adulthood.

Our team are SEND specialist staff with the appropriate qualifications and training related to their specific areas of expertise, including mandatory qualifications for sensory teachers.

No charge: This service is funded from the Dedicated Schools Grant.
Chargeable services: These include bespoke training packages and advice, specialist transcription / interpreting services and British Sign Language training. Please contact us for details.
