How we use your information
What you give will only be used to provide you and your staff with access to learning and development courses. We must collect this information to keep accurate records of:
- your organisation;
- staff names;
- contact details;
- training attendance;
- and eligibility to attend events.
Consent
When you complete the booking form, you share your information with us. This constitutes explicit consent from you for us to process your data for this purpose. Processing is needed for:
- the performance of a contract with the data subject;
- or to take steps to enter into a contract.
You may withdraw this consent at any time. To do this, write to the People Development Manager:

Your rights
You can:
- See what information is held about you.
- Have information corrected that is not accurate.
