  • Provide you with a Better Living Service account.

  • Contact you to keep you informed of relevant information.
  • Monitor and obtain feedback to help us to understand the effectiveness of the service and to develop and improve future services.
  • Administer and protect public funds.

Who we share your information with

Your information may be shared with partner organisations or services to which you are referred to and that you choose to take-up. Your information will only be shared with these services with your permission when you accept the offer of a referral.

Where you receive support from the Stoke Recovery Programme, your information may be shared with the NHS/your GP/Referrers to support your needs.

Where you receive support as part of the Getting Britain Working Programme, your information will be shared with NHS England.

Where you receive support as part of the Waiting Well Programme, your information will be shared with the Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust.

Your personal information will not be shared with any other organisations. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent unless the law allows us to do so.
