This privacy notice explains how your personal information will be processed if you chose to take part in the Council’s Equalities Objectives Consultation Survey.

Why we collect and hold this information

Under the Public Sector Equality Duty, as introduced by the Equality Act 2010, the Council must adopt and publish their equality objectives every four years. The council is conducting this survey to find out whether these objectives still reflect the needs and concerns of people who live and work in Calderdale, in order to formulate future objectives and policy.

Your personal information will not be shared with any external organisations. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent unless the law allows us to do so.
