Calderdale Council is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018. The Council takes its responsibilities under the Act very seriously.
The information provided by you is collected for the purpose of providing you with a Local Studies enquiry service. We need to collect this information in order to answer your enquiry. Sharing your information with us constitutes explicit consent from you for us to process your data for this purpose.
The enquiry form completed by staff at the time of your call/visit or our e-mail exchange with you concerning your enquiry will be retained for the duration of the enquiry. When the enquiry is closed, you will be given a reference number and all associated personal details will be deleted.
