  • Ethnicity.

  • Whether you have a health problem or disability.
  • Mental wellbeing information.

Why we collect and hold this information

The purposes of processing your personal information are:

  • To determine how mental wellbeing differs by different population groups.
  • Postcode is collected so that we can determine the level of deprivation of the area in which you live, so that we can see if there are difference in mental wellbeing by levels of deprivation.
