This privacy notice explains how your personal information will be processed when hiring Todmorden Town

The type of information we will collect
The following personal information will be collected from your application to hire Todmorden Town Hall:
- Your name, address, email address, telephone number(s)
- Organisation you are acting on behalf of (if applicable)
- Date, time and purpose of hire and booking requirements
- Payment details
Why we collect and hold this information
The processing of your personal information required to enter into an agreement with you to hire Todmorden Town hall, manage your booking and process your payment.
Sharing your personal data
Your personal information will be shared with the Council’s contracted services, e.g. Bar managers, if required for the operation of your booking. Data will not be shared with any other organisations and we will never share your information with third parties without your consent unless the law allows us to do so.
The lawful basis for the processing your data
- Article 6(1)(b) – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Retaining your personal information
Your information will be retained for a maximum of 7 years from the date of your booking, at which time it will be securely destroyed.
