Book an appointment with the Register Office

Please note: To re-register a birth, or to correct a registration entry, you must email register.office@calderdale.gov.uk. These appointments cannot be booked online.

You can book an appointment for:

• Birth registration
• Death registration
• Notice of marriage / civil partnership
