Report a private rented property that does not meet MEES

Before you start, have these details to hand:

• The properties EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating. To get a rating, visit: Find an energy certificate (GOV.UK).
• The landlord's name, address and contact details (optional).
• The name, address and contact details of any other people connected to the property (optional).

This form can be used to:

• Report a private rented property that does not meet MEES.
• Report anonymously.
