Requests are dealt with in office hours, which are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Urgent issues can be reported out of office hours and on bank holidays by calling 01422 288000.
Before you begin, it would be helpful to have these details to hand:
- Exact location of the street light.
- Any photos of the issue.
This form can be used to:
- Report a street light fault.
- Subscribe for updates on reported faults.
Faults we are aware of are often fixed in 28 days. Where there is a power supply fault, Northern Power Grid help is needed, which means it may take longer.
