Group rents a Council owned building and / or land to deliver sports activities and develop facilities for wider community benefit, requiring moderate capital funding. If it was only part then the group would become directly responsible for the internal maintenance and repair of the building, plus a service charge to cover the cost of the upkeep of common areas.
