Before you begin, it would be helpful to have these details to hand:
- Name and address of property.
- Name and address of property's freeholder.
- Name and address of property's leaseholder (optional).
- Current occupier's name.
- Name of community organisation.
- Number of members in the organisation.
- Why you think you are eligible to nominate the land to be of community value.
- Why you feel the property is an asset of community value.
- What do you consider to be the boundary of the property, including
- Details of the owner(s) of the site concerned obtained from the Land Registry.
- Land Registry SIMR Search form.
- Official copy of register of title (OC1) and file plan.
- Copy of group constitution (if you are a constituted group) OR name and home address of 21 members registered to vote in nomination area (if group not constituted).
This form can be completed by any the following community organisations:
- Parish council.
- Neighbourhood forum.
- Industrial and provident society.
- Charity.
- Unincorporated community group.
- Community interest group.
- Community limited by guarantee.
