To be eligible to use the community trigger you must have reported ASB to the council, police and/or a registered housing provider (or Housing Association) three times (or once in the case of a hate crime) in the last six months and consider that no action has been taken.

Before you begin, it would help to have these details to hand:
- Details about the ASB incidents - where and when they happened, who was involved.
- Name and address details of any witnesses.
- Landlord name and address details if you are a Housing Association tenant.
When to use this form:
- Three ASB complaints or one hate crime complaint were logged within a six month period and no action was taken.
- The ASB was reported within one month of the alleged behaviour taking place.
- The application to use the community trigger must be made within six months of the reported anti-social behaviour.
