Use this form to pay for a blue (disabled) parking badge once your application has been approved.
This form is for making a payment for a successful application. We will contact you to make payment if your application is successful. Please do not pay until you have been advised your application has been approved.

Before you begin, it would be helpful to have these details to hand:
- Benefit reference number so that we can link the payment to your application.

- New Blue Badge applications.
- Replacement Blue Badges (lost/stolen).
