Pay a planning fee

Before you begin, it would be helpful to have these details to hand:

• The planning reference (if known).
• The site address.
• The fee amount.

This form can be used to pay for:

• Planning application fees (includes prior approvals).
• Discharge of conditions including compliance checks.
• Non-material amendment applications.
• Pre application advice for major developments.
• Planning performance agreement.
• Mineral monitoring fees.
• Enforcement notice appeals fees.
• Determining complaints in regard to high hedges.

How to pay

1. Click the Start button below.
2. Select 'Miscellaneous Payments'.
3. Select 'Planning Services'.
4. You will now see the full list of payment choices.

• Reference Number or Site Address:

  Input your application number (if known) or the address of the site that the payment relates to.

• Account Name:

  Input the name on the card you are paying with.

• Address:

  Input your own address.

• Amount:

  Input the amount to pay. Please check the amount is correct before you press ‘Continue’.
