Request an assisted collection

Use this form if you not able to take your refuse / recycling containers to the required collection point. To be eligible there must not be any other capable adults living at the property that can help.

Before you begin, it would be helpful to have these details to hand:

• Name and date of birth of everyone who lives at your household.

This form can be used to apply for:

• Permanent help.
• Temporary help (up to 3 months).
