- A limited number of requests can be made each day. Please try again the next day, if you cannot make a request.
- This frees up vehicles/crews to help catch up from service disruptions caused by staff shortages and high volumes.
- You can still take your bulky waste to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre. (Please check opening times before you travel.)
- Please note: You can not add or change items after completing your order. Collections can take up to 28 working days. Your bulky waste must be accessible during this time. In the case of service disruption, there could be further delays to collections
- There is a charge, to be paid in advance, for this service, so please have your card details ready.
This form can be used if:
- The items are free-standing and empty of contents
- The items do not contain hazardous materials (eg asbestos) or building materials
- The items do not contain garden waste
- The items for collection are at one property in Calderdale. Collections from multiple properties will need to have multiple collection requests.
- The items will be placed in an unlocked, accessible position outside the property
- You are not a business.
