Please note: Only green sacks and food caddy liners are currently available to order. We have temporarily suspended new orders for bins and other recycling containers.
This is to enable staff to complete outstanding orders and then help with waste and recycling collections during the busy Christmas and New Year period. Please use alternative containers and try ordering again in late January/early February.
Please do not email Customer First or phone the Contact Centre, as they will not be able to order the containers for you. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
You can collect white sacks from Customer First at Horton Street, Halifax. HX1 1QE.
Via this form, you can ask for:
- Liners for small food caddy (roll of 50).
- Green sacks.
Important Note: Extra bins that have not been authorised will not be emptied and will be removed. The delivery charge will not be refunded.
