The Borough Council of Calderdale (Speed Limit) (Rastrick) Order 2016 Variation No1 Order 2025
In line with the Calderdale Local Plan it is proposed install a 20 mph speed limit throughout the new housing development at Delf Hill and neighbouring streets. This will improve the quality of life for the community providing safer streets for residents to walk cycle and access local facilities.

Objections
Grounds for objections were to reach the Council no later than 10th October 2025.
No objections were received to the proposal so the 20 mph speed limit will come into operation on 24th January 2026.
