We operate a multifaceted portfolio of capital projects that:
- Regenerate the Borough.
- Improve and replace facilities and infrastructure for people who live, work and visit Calderdale.
The team works with directorate sponsors and external partners to deliver capital projects to the Council’s highways, buildings and schools. These are delivered across three programmes:

Highways and Infrastructure (Mohammed Shah – Programme Lead).
To improve traffic flow and encourage walking, cycling and wheeling.

Capital Regeneration Programme (Janet Whitlow – Programme Lead).
To improve town centres and strategic buildings and sites.

Schools Capital (Robert Fox – Programme Lead).
To improve school buildings and deliver the schools rebuilding programme.
