Do want to stay fit, active and mobile in a sociable and welcoming place and have fun while doing it?

Our Ageing Well sessions give you the chance to make the most of our facilities. You can enjoy unlimited access to a full day of activities!

Who these sessions are for

  • Anyone aged 60 plus.

Price

  • Free for members (see: Memberships).
  • £5 for non members.

Venues and times

  • Sowerby Bridge Pool and Fitness Centre:
    • Mondays from 10am to 4pm.
  • Brighouse Pool and Fitness Centre:
    • Wednesdays 10am to 4pm.
  • Todmorden Sports Centre:
    • Thursdays from 10am to 2.30pm.

What is included

  • A variety of fun, low-impact exercise classes.
  • Swimming and aqua sessions.
  • Gym access with friendly support.
