You would need to check the street signs.
RPZs are signed in two ways:
- Signs next to white bay markings displaying the wording 'Permit Holders' and the specific zone number, such as Z141.
- In some areas, the RPZ will be:
- signed at the entry point with a Zone number 'Permit Holders parking only past this point';
- and then at the end of the zone it will state, 'Permit parking area ends'.
- In these areas, there are no bay markings. This is to help maximise the available parking. Residents are asked to consider others and use the space sensibly.
You may find that some areas are only reserved for residents during specific times or shared with other users. This could be pay and display or time limited parking (check signs in the area).
