Go to the Calderdale Council permit portal:
On the first screen:
- Select 'Create a new account'.
- Then select an 'Account type'. (You will need to choose from Resident, Staff, Public and Other.)
Account types
Resident
For residents of Calderdale. You will be able to apply for permits that include: contract, resident (where applicable) and suspension permits.
Staff
For Council staff only. You will need your employee number to create the account.
If you are also a Calderdale resident, use this account to apply for contract, resident, visitor and suspension permits.
Public
For those who do not live in Calderdale, but need Contract or Suspension Permits.
Other
For health worker and school street permits.
