Action 1: Develop a local Calderdale agreement reflecting how the VCSE and public sector bodies will work together

• Create a "Ways of Working" document which will:
  • Set out the principles for how public sector bodies and the VCSE sector will work together.
  • Reflect how public sector bodies and the VCSE sector will hold each other to account for delivery of our strategic intent.
  • Highlight the importance of the nine strategy actions.
     
• Build on the Inclusive Economy Strategy principles of:
  • Agile, innovative and flexible.
  • Open, honest and accountable.
  • Outcomes-led, outward and engaging.
  • Cooperative and collaborative.
     
• Review the Community Anchor Policy to ensure it aligns with the new VCSE Strategy and Calderdale agreement.
