Action 8: Increase clarity on how local funds are allocated and spent across the partnership

• Implement open reporting on spending by the public sector and the largest VCSE organisations. This will identify where funds are spent in Calderdale and  identify opportunities to increase local spending in the VCSE sector.
   
• Work together to develop a joint understanding of the ‘Keep it Local’ approach. Identify ways to make it a reality in support of the VCSE sector in Calderdale.
