Welcome to YOYO! Designed by Young People for Young People in Calderdale.
What is it all about?
- A place where young people can come to find out what is going on locally and get involved. From cycling clubs to what's on at the cinema, YOYO has links to it all.
- It is also a place where young people can come to find the right support. Whether it is careers or contraceptive advice, this site will put you in touch with the people who can help.
- It is somewhere for you to display your talents and skills. Our young bloggers/reporters are 'chomping at the bit' to talk to you about showcasing what you do.
- It is somewhere young people can get involved and drive their news. We want:
- To hear from you.
- To hear your voices.
- You to be involved in running YOYO too.
- Now, if we do not have what you need, do not despair. Connect with us and let us know. The team will point you in the right direction.
Who is behind YOYO?
- You are! We have got young people blogging, snapping photos, video recording and reporting. This site is yours (and we paid for it too!).
- Any Council service that supports young people.
- It is all held together by the Young People's Service.
