Contract permits

This permit can only be used in the long stay pay and display bays, listed below. It is not valid in any resident permit zones, areas or bays.

• Dudwell Lane. (Please note: Only in the £3 daily rate bays, not in the £1 per hour bays).
• Lawrence Road.
• Skircoat Green.
• Skircoat Green Road.
• Stafford Road.

Terms and conditions for Skircoat Contract permits

It is important that the driver and permit holder comply with the terms and conditions (T&Cs) of use. This is to make sure that a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) is not issued. Parking Services will not cancel any PCNs where the T&Cs (below) are not adhered to.

1. The permit is valid in the long stay pay and display bays on:
   • Dudwell Lane, Skircoat Green, Stafford Road, Skircoat Green Road and Lawrence Road;
   • and only where the £3 capped daily rate applies. For details, please see: Skircoat Green on-street parking.
2. The permit does not guarantee a parking space, nor does it reserve a parking space solely for your use.
3. A maximum of two vehicles can be registered to each permit, but only one can be active. The driver is responsible for making sure the correct registration number has been selected. This can be done via your account on the permit portal at anytime.
4. If you change your vehicle, you must update your VRM via the online permit portal.
5. If you wish to cancel your permit for a refund, only full months will be refunded. The refund will be based on the current rate. The discount you get at purchase will no longer be valid. Note: A monthly permit will only be refunded if cancelled in your account on or before its start date.
